## Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1‑2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays.
## Shipping Origin
All goods are dispatched from Hong Kong.
## Shipping Time
Standard shipping takes 7‑15 business days after dispatch. Delivery time is an estimated reference and may be delayed due to customs clearance, logistics disruptions or remote areas.
## Tracking Information
Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address for you to track shipment status online.
## Shipping Fee
We ship to the United States only. Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight.
## Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by your local country. We will not mark packages as "gift" to avoid customs charges as it violates relevant regulations.
## Shipping Address
Please double‑check your shipping address before completing payment. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
## Lost or Delayed Shipment
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs inspection or other circumstances out of our control. Please contact us promptly if your parcel is lost or missing.
